Whether or not you have a lawyer, I can help. Although I'm trained as a lawyer, I run a 100% mediation practice where I help people solve their own problems by providing them with neutrality, the right resources, and a safe, productive negotiation process.
I believe that - for the majority of cases - mediation should be the first option to explore when seeking professional help in resolving a dispute.
My clients often save 50% or more on total fees if they start with my mediation process instead of retaining lawyers as their first step. That's because my hourly rate is notably lower than a lawyer's, and because all parties share my fee. Where there are two parties, they each pay half of my hourly rate.
It's a proven process, and over 90% of my mediations result in a successful settlement. It's also a voluntary negotiation, which means that all decision-making remains with the parties. My clients have the peace of mind knowing that that nobody - myself included - can force an outcome on any party in the mediation.
I work with most clients remotely using Zoom. This means you can mediate from the location of your choice - you don’t have to drive, park, or go into an office. If necessary, you can request to meet in person.
